Milestone sessions are a gentle reminder to pause and celebrate your baby as they are right now — playful, growing, and perfectly themselves.

Sitter Sessions (around 6–9 months)

    It marks the end of a year that changed everything.
    And while cake smashes can be fun, they’re not for everyone.

    My approach to first birthday milestones is calmer, more intentional, and designed to create images that still feel meaningful years from now.

    Rather than focusing on mess or novelty, first birthday milestone sessions are about:

    If you’d love to include a small cake moment, we can do so in a simple, neutral way — without big props or themes.

    The focus always remains on your child, not the cake.

    Many families choose to include:

    A few images with a cake at the end

    Or no cake at all, just play and connection

    We’ll chat through what feels right for you.
